1. Who we are

These terms and conditions apply to Greenzeen B.V. (Dutch Chamber of Commerce / KVK number 82749949), registered at Parkweg 55, 7545 MT Enschede, the Netherlands, hereinafter referred to as "Greenzeen".

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to any use of the greenzeen.io website and to every agreement between Greenzeen and a customer regarding the use of the Greenzeen platform.

Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed in writing.

3. Our service

Greenzeen provides an online platform that lets customers build, publish and manage responsive publications, including insights into reach, behaviour and reader engagement.

The exact functionality and available subscription plans are described on greenzeen.io and may change from time to time.

4. Trial period and formation of the agreement

New customers can try the platform free of charge for fourteen days. A paid agreement is formed as soon as you take out a subscription, for example by accepting an offer through our website or by choosing a paid plan after the trial period ends.

5. Pricing and payment

Current prices are listed on greenzeen.io. Invoices must be paid within the period stated on the invoice.

In case of late payment, Greenzeen may suspend access to the platform, without prejudice to its right to still claim the agreed fee.

6. Term and termination

A Greenzeen subscription doesn't involve a long-term commitment: you can cancel your subscription in accordance with the notice period applicable to your subscription, as stated when you took out the subscription.

After cancellation, access to the platform remains available until the end of the current billing period.

7. Use of the platform

You're responsible for the content you publish through the platform and for the lawful use of your account and login credentials.

You may not use the platform for unlawful content, spam, or any activity that could harm the security or availability of the platform.

8. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Greenzeen platform itself (including software, design and source code) belong to Greenzeen or its licensors.

Content that you publish through the platform remains the property of you or your organisation; you grant Greenzeen only the right to host and display that content as necessary to provide the service.

9. Liability

Greenzeen makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and functioning properly, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Greenzeen's liability for damages arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount paid by the customer to Greenzeen in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the damage, except in cases of intent or wilful recklessness on Greenzeen's part.

10. Privacy

For the processing of personal data, please refer to our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms and conditions.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms and conditions and all agreements between Greenzeen and its customers are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes will preferably be resolved through mutual consultation. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the competent court in the district where Greenzeen is registered has jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

Greenzeen may amend these terms and conditions. Changes will be communicated in a timely manner and take effect from the date of publication on greenzeen.io, unless stated otherwise.
