Managing your account

Yes, you can set up auto-pay for your subscription. Once your payment method is added, your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle.

Settings and Customizations
Adding your organization’s branding is simple. Navigate to the "Brand Kit" tab in your dashboard, and upload your logo, select your brand fonts, and brand colors. Within a Brand Kit, you can even create easy-to-implement themes using all of your brand ingredients.

Yes, Greenzeen provides a preview feature allowing you to review your publications and ensure they are perfect before publishing. We try to make the preview a close representation of the live version, so be aware that pages that are marked as ‘unpublished’ might not show up in your preview.

At the moment, we don't distinguish between different roles and access levels amongst your team members. However, it is only the person with admin-rights that can add and remove other team members.

This process reduces the file size of images without compromising on quality, which in turn lowers data traffic, making your publications load faster and consume less bandwidth. The carbon offsetting for your publications is calculated based on the data traffic generated. We plant trees to offset the CO2 emissions, making your online publishing endeavors carbon-neutral. Because these are still estimates we want to be on the safe side, so we currently overcompensate by planting one tree for each publication that goes live.
Yes, besides the Food Forest initiative, Greenzeen is exploring other CO2-absorbing projects like aquaponics, which combines algae and fish to act as a powerful carbon sink. We are also researching sustainable projects in collaboration with the University of Twente to reduce our environmental footprint further.
